Cost:
- $400 depending on # of players.
Payment due dates:
- $100 (non-refundable) due when your daughter signs up
- $200 due December 5, 2009
- $100 due January 2, 2010
Is there a grace period for paying dues and what is the penalty for being late?:
- We will give a 5 day grace period to pay your dues.
- Your daughter will not be allowed to participate if payment is not received within 5 days of the due date.
- We have tournaments & coaches to pay for and the club director cannot afford to pay out of pocket for these expenses. Your coaches deserve to be paid on time for the time/effort they put into making your daughter a better player.
What is included in the Club fee?:
- 5 tournament fees (each tournament costs $135 or more)
- Uniform jersey, approx. $30 -$40 (black spandex need to be provided by player)
- USVBA player fee ($50 per player)
- USVBA Team fee ($45)
- Chaperone, Coach and Director Fees ($15 per Chaperone, $50 per Coach/Director)
- Background check for chaperones and coaches not having one done in the last 2 years ($20 per person)
- IMPACT coaching clinic for new coaches ($40 per coach)
- Coaches salary
Player Requirements:
- Attend a scoring/referee clinic in Spokane (TBA)
- Commitment (be at practice to get better)
- Regular Attendance (contact your coach if you need to miss prior to the absence)
- Respect for rules, coaches, other players, chaperones, other teams and referees
- Keep good grades
- Register (or renew) your club membership at evergreenregion.org (directions also found here)
Coach Requirements:
- Attend IMPACT Clinic (new coaches) in, the Scoring/Referee Clinic (TBA), have Background Check (every 2 years) and watch the Concussion Video
- Provide practice space
- Be a positive roll model and instruct in a positive manner
- Make practice effective, yet fun to attend
- Support the club and players

Parent Requirements:
- Transportation to practice and tournaments
- Be a positive spectator towards your daughter, other players, coaches and referees (please keep in mind that the ref’s are other coaches, not necessarily trained officials and they are doing their best)
- Make timely payments
- Support your club and players
Interested in helping?:
- Volunteer to be a chaperone. Each team needs at least one person to chaperone and be at all the pre-tournament meetings.
- Volunteer to help club director with various things (uniform order, tournament registration, food organization, etc.)
- Help coordinate people to bring food to each tournament so the kids all have healthy food to eat on those long tournament days
